This is a plain-language description of how Orivon currently works, written by the team building it — it has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Legal review is required before this page can be relied on as a binding, compliant terms-of-service agreement.

What Orivon is

Orivon is a self-assessment and career-direction product. The free assessment ("Orivon Scan") identifies a realistic starting direction based on your answers. Orivon Professional is a paid monthly subscription (currently €14.90/month) that unlocks the fuller roadmap between that starting point and a longer-term direction, along with skills tracking, network discovery and related features described on the pricing page.

Accounts

You need an account (currently email and password; additional sign-in providers may be added later) to save your assessment across devices and to subscribe to Orivon Professional. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You can request account deletion at any time — see Contact.

Subscriptions and billing

New Orivon Professional subscriptions are billed through Lemon Squeezy and renew automatically until cancelled. Historical Gumroad subscriptions remain managed by Gumroad until they are cancelled or migrated.
You can manage or cancel from the customer portal of the provider linked to your subscription; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Prices, including the current founding price, may change for future billing periods — we won't change what you're already being charged mid-cycle without notice.

What Orivon is not

Orivon's assessment reflects patterns in how you answered a set of questions — it is a structured self-assessment tool, not a professional career, financial, legal or psychological advisory service, and no output (including any "earliest validation" estimate) is a guarantee of income, employment or outcome. Decisions you make based on Orivon's output are your own.

Feature availability

Some features described as part of Orivon Professional are still in development and are clearly marked "Coming soon" wherever they appear in the product. We do not charge for, or represent as available today, any feature marked that way.

Acceptable use

Don't use Orivon to impersonate someone else, scrape or resell assessment content, attempt to bypass subscription checks, or interfere with other members' use of the network/discovery features.

Changes

We'll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change materially. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
