Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 July 2026

This policy describes what Orivon actually collects and does today, in plain language. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer — legal review is required before this product handles real user data at scale. Do not treat this page as legal advice or as proof of compliance with GDPR, CCPA, or any other regulation.

Account & assessment data

Your account, assessment results and profile context are stored in Supabase, our database provider. Row-level security restricts your assessment answers, billing status and private profile fields to your own account — they are never publicly readable. If you enable profile discovery, only the fields you explicitly choose to show (in Dashboard → Privacy) are visible to other members; everything else stays private regardless of that setting.

Payments

New subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the payment provider and merchant of record. Historical subscriptions may remain on Gumroad during the controlled migration. Orivon's servers never receive or store your full card number. To verify access, Orivon stores the subscription status and the provider's subscription identifiers. For a historical Gumroad subscription, an encrypted license key may also be stored server-side; its unencrypted value is never stored in your browser or exposed publicly.

Analytics

We use PostHog to understand product usage in aggregate — which steps of the assessment people complete, which buttons get clicked, where people drop off. Analytics events are tied to a distinct ID, and to your account ID once you sign in, so we can improve the experience for people in a similar situation to yours. We do not sell this data.

Cookies and measurement consent

Necessary local storage supports account security, language, billing and features you request. Optional product analytics (PostHog) and advertising measurement (Google Ads) remain disabled until you choose otherwise. You can accept, reject or select these categories independently, and change your choice at any time using the Cookie preferences control shown on the site. Google Ads does not receive your assessment answers or Orivon profile data.

What we don't do

Cancellation & data export

You can manage or cancel your Orivon Professional subscription from the customer portal linked in Settings → Account. New subscriptions open the Lemon Squeezy portal; historical subscriptions remain with Gumroad until cancelled or migrated. Cancellation takes effect according to the provider's terms, and access normally continues through the already-paid period. You can export or delete your account from Settings, subject to cancelling an active subscription first.

Changes to this policy

We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes materially. Continued use of Orivon after a change means you accept the updated policy.
